Chaired by Councillor Ravi Govindia, Leader of Wandsworth Council, the Bridge Strategy Group planed and oversaw the management of the design competition for the pedestrian and cycle bridge, on behalf of Wandsworth Council.  Its aims were to devise and run a successful international design competition and provide strategic guidance and direction.
